Production
We have been making high quality leather goods in Chennai (India) for over 12 years. We initially started in a 6000 sq. ft. factory with 40 employees, and have now grown to 2 factories with 50,000 sq. ft. in total, and around 800 employees. Both factories are modern and well equipped and provide excellent working conditions.
Many of our employees are bussed to and from work, and they all have a free hot meal at lunchtime.
Our factories are fully audited SA8000 and SMETA Pillar 4, and we have recently become a carbon neutral company.
As a company we are committed to the environment, and we use recycled or recyclable materials wherever possible.
LEAD TIMES
We hold excellent stocks in the UK, and can offer 3 to 5 day lead time for Standard stock lines.
We can also offer very short lead times from India if required in standard materials – we recently delivered 16,000 credit card cases from start to finish in 10 working days from our Indian factories.
SCHEMES
Many companies want to carry a corporate design or message throughout a selection of products to maintain impact and create a collectable range. Products can be designed and created from scratch to fulfil customer needs and can be produced in different qualities of leather, pantone matched leathers, etc.
A simple but very effective method of creating a unique range is by using a corporate colour to contrast black leather with both stitching and leather tab options.
