Delivery and Returns
Many of our larger items are collection only, however we are happy to discuss courier collections with buyers. If you require your item to be delivered please arrange a courier and we will pack your item appropriately. Order Cancellations & Returns:
You may cancel your order if the item is not as described up to 7 days after you receive the goods according to the statutory minimum. Notice of cancellation should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org – cancellations must be received in writing. Goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. The goods must be securely wrapped and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund via the same payment method used for purchase, minus a small restocking fee. Original postage/delivery costs can not be refunded.
